Upon arrival at Kasbah Bab Ourika, your trekking adventure begins. You'll be accompanied by a local guide who will lead you through scenic trails, allowing you to soak in the breathtaking mountain vistas and discover the hidden gems of the valley. The trek is designed to suit various fitness levels, ensuring everyone can enjoy the experience at their own pace. The operational hours of the museums, monuments and sights during your travel dates might be affected due to government restrictions or renovation work. A: The official languages are Arabic and Tamazight (Berber). Moreover, it is important to note that French is the second language of Morocco and occupies a very important place in public life. About 99% of the population is Muslim while Christianity and Judaism make up about 1% of the population. Country is a model of tolerance of all religions.
A: In western Africa, tipping is widely spread. 20 USD a day for the driver and 35 USD a day for the guide is used most of the time, at your discretion. This amount is to be shared by the number of persons in the trip. Luggage porters: 3 USD per luggage is fair.
